The last few weeks have been eventful with Food festivals from Tamil Nadu and
Maharashtra along with an evening of Ghazal and music from Madhya Pradesh ...
This weekend the fun continues and Indian Social Club, Sohar in association with
the Bengali Community of Sohar cordially invite you to a Cultural evening of
dance and music along with a Bengali Food Festival on Thursday, 15th March 2012
from 7 pm onwards at our temporary office premises @ Al Nahdha Garden (old
office).
The Bengali food festival, being held for the first time in Sohar will
include mouth watering snacks and sweets from Bengal. Keep track of your e-mails
for more details later in the week.
So keep yourself free on the evening of Thursday, 15th March 2012 and come in
large numbers with your families to enjoy what promises to be a great evening.

I once again call upon other regional and ethnic communities of various parts of
India as well as corporates to come forward and join hands with us in organising
sporting, cultural and social events. I also request the non-members amongst the
Indian Community to join as members of Indian Social Club, Sohar in large
numbers to strengthen the only official body of Indians in and around Sohar.
