What a wonderfully attended and participated Sohar Steel Group Annual Badminton & Table Tennis Tournament 2017 held last weekend in Sohar Sports Complex. With more than 250 entries across categories and participants from various nationalities coming from places as far as Dubai, Buraimi, Muscat, Barka, Ibri etc. the Executive Committee of Indian Social Club, Sohar is grateful to all those who took part as players, referees and volunteers.
We are thankful to our sponsors Sohar Steel Group for being the title sponsors of the event. The results of the event is attached with this mail for all to go through. The photographs of the event will be on the website very soon. A group photographs with the prize winners is also attached.
Next the Executive Committee of Indian Social Club, Sohar is organizing the Tagleef Industries Blood Donation Drive 2017 on Friday, 6th Oct. 2017 on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's birth Anniversary. The Blood donation camp is being organized for the 8th year in a row in association with Tagleef Industries and will be conducted in Sohar Extended Health Centre, Humbar from 10 am till 4 pm.
We request all to come forward irrespective of religion, nationality, gender for this noble cause and donate for the welfare of humanity and to show to the community where we stay that we care.
