Dear Friends,

The Antakshari event held over the weekend in the Amphitheatre of Sohar Entertainment Centre was a great crowd puller and lots of you turned up at the event to make it a grand success. The event winners were Team Aaj ki Awaaj consisting of Ms. Muskan Adnani, Mrs. Minal Deora and Mrs. Vidya Guruprasad, while the runners up were Team Shruti consisting of Mr. R.P. Rath, Mrs. Gayatri Mishra & Ms. Sanskruti Rath and at 3rd place were Team Sohar Warriors consisting of Ms. Naeema Qureshi, Mr. Akeel Khatri & Mr. Syed Rahmat. The best male singer of the evening was Mr. R.P. Rath while the best female singer was Ms. Shruti Nitin Kulkarni.

The Executive Committee of Indian Social Club, Sohar is grateful to Mr. Ramesh Mani (CEO, Majan Glass) & Mrs. Namita Gupta (International Maritime College of Oman) to have hosted the event so very well. Next programme planned by ISC, Sohar is the cultural evening on Friday, 19th Dec. 2014titled "Colours of India-2014" giving a chance to everyone in Sohar to showcase their talent. This group based cultural event can include dances, skits, short plays, group songs etc.
