Dear Friends,

As a run up to the International Day of Yoga, the Executive Committee of Indian Social Club, Sohar is organising a Yoga Day on the morning of Friday, 11th May from 9 am in Jindal Shadeed Hall, Falaj in Sohar.

H.E, the Ambassador of India Shri Indra Mani Pandey will be the Chief Guest at the occasion. The various Yoga experts demonstrating at the event will be from Art of Living, Rajyoga Centre of Self Development, SKY The World Community Service Centre, Heartfulness, Shankara Yoga Kendra and Yoga Alliance.

Entry will be free at the event and open to all. Please get your own mat for the floor exercises. Sitting chair Yoga exercises will also be there. You may even come to the event to cheer the participants. More details in the attached poster.
